| WCPA Trial Dates: |
|
| Annual trials are held every January at the Home Venue in Worcester. Details of trial dates and contact points will be published on the site's Home Page around mid December |

| Seasons and Matches: |
|
| Each season lasts eleven months in which time all teams in the EPA Region 5 play each other both at home and away. |
| |
| England Trials: |
|
| WCPA Players who finish in the top eight of the EPA region 5 rankings for their respective team (i.e. Men's, Ladies, Youth) automatically qualify to trial for a place in the England Squad. |
| |
| Travel: |
|
| Coaches are available to all away games from designated pick up and drop off points. Details will be made available to all WCPA players at least two weeks prior to each match. |
| |
| Dress Code: |
|
| All players are expected to wear either the team shirt provided, or a shirt with a collar. Men are expected to wear trousers while Ladies have the choice to wear either trousers or a skirt. Players are expected to be neatly turned out for each match. Failure to comply with the dress code may result in the player being blocked from playing. |

| Conduct: |
|
| Players are reminded that they are representatives of the WCPA and Worcestershire. As such they are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner. Instances of inappropriate conduct may result in players receiving match bans, and in severe circumstances, being banned from playing for the WCPA. |
